How to Buy Products

Shopping at Eli Fashions is simple, safe, and quick. Follow these steps:

  • Visit elifashions.com from any browser on your phone or computer.
  • Click on ‘Shawls/Stoles‘ or ‘Stoles’ in the top navigation menu to browse our collections.
  • Click on any product to view its full details — photos, fabric type, dimensions, and price.
  • Click the ‘Add to Cart‘ button. You can continue shopping or go directly to checkout.
  • Click the Cart icon (top right) and review your selected items.
  • Click ‘Proceed to Checkout‘ and enter your delivery name, address, pin code, phone number, and email.
  • Choose your preferred payment method — UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery.
  • Confirm your order. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

Q1. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account under ‘My Account’ lets you track orders, save your address, view your purchase history, and receive exclusive member discounts.
Q2. Can I order by phone or WhatsApp instead of the website?
Yes! If you prefer personal assistance, you can call or WhatsApp us at 85660 15214. Share the product name and your delivery address and we will process the order for you manually and send a payment link.
Q3. What if a product I want is out of stock?

Our collections are updated regularly. If a product is showing out of stock, you can:

  • Email us at support@elifashions.com — we may have it available at the factory
  • Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it is restocked
  • Contact us on WhatsApp and we will check availability directly
Q4. How do I know my order went through successfully?
You will receive two confirmations: (1) an on-screen ‘Thank You’ message immediately after checkout, and (2) an order confirmation email with your order number, item summary, and estimated delivery date. Keep the order number for all future queries.
Q5. Can I place a repeat order easily?
Yes. If you have an account, simply log in to ‘My Account’, view your order history, and reorder with one click. For guest orders, email or WhatsApp us with your previous order number and we will set it up for you.
Q6. Are sale prices automatically applied at checkout?
Yes. Any active sale price shown on the product page (such as our current ‘Up to 50% off’ sale) is automatically applied in your cart. No coupon code is needed unless a specific promotional code is advertised. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Q7. What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the item and your order number. In such cases:

  • We will arrange a free pickup — no return shipping cost to you
  • You will receive a full replacement or a complete refund, whichever you prefer
  • Processing is expedited within 3 business days upon receiving the item back
Q8. When and how will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item:

  • Card payments: Credited to your original card (allow 3–5 additional bank processing days)
  • UPI / Net Banking: Credited directly to your linked bank account
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer — share your account details (account number, IFSC, account name) when raising the return request

Q9. What happens if I miss the 7-day return window?
After 7 days, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect discovered later, please contact us — we will evaluate each case individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.

Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. You will notice the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar — this means all data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties

We collect only what is necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience:

  • Name, email address, and phone number — for order confirmation and delivery updates
  • Delivery address and pin code — for shipping
  • Payment method type — we do NOT store card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials
  • Browsing behaviour on our website (via cookies) — to improve site experience and show relevant products
Q3. Do you store my card or UPI payment details?
No. Absolutely not. All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Your card number, CVV, UPI ID, and net banking credentials are never seen or stored on our servers. We only receive a transaction confirmation from the payment gateway.
Q4. Do you share my data with third parties?
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Your information may be shared only in the following limited situations:

  • With our courier and logistics partners — solely for delivering your order (name, address, phone)
  • With payment gateway providers — to process your transaction securely
  • With legal authorities — only if required by law

We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.
